• Get a merit badge counselor for the troop for the personal management
• Repair/Repaint/Purchase new Klondike sleds
• No Christmas Wreaths sale this year
• Christmas Tree Pick-up TBA (Jan. 10 or 11)

Discuss Meetings:

• Skill instruction went smoothly
• Young kids are undisciplined
• More involvement from the older scouts
• Efficient skill instruction during breaks
• Patrol Meetings need more discipline and organization.

• Mr. Locke will be cooking at the campout on November 21st-22nd

Campout Necessities

• Campsite=100s of acres so pack lightly

• Sleeping Bag
• Poncho
• $5 for meals

Klondike (Fairfield Hills)

• Knots and lashings practice
• Help out with 2 stations
• Fixing Sleds on Saturday morning
• Purchasing new sleds
